Attun (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a routine coaching app intended for general wellness and habit support. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Not medical advice: Attun is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical concern, seek care from a licensed clinician.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Profile preferences (if you choose to enter them): display name, timezone, wake/sleep window, notification preferences, and safety consent.
• Your in-app entries: daily ratings (e.g., energy/sleep/focus), action completion logs (done/skip), and responses to micro-experiments (accept/decline).
• Messages you send to the Advisor: text you submit to the Advisor feature (including the timestamp).

Information collected automatically

• App usage and diagnostics: basic technical logs needed to operate and improve the app (e.g., errors, performance).
  (If/when analytics is enabled, we’ll log basic events like “opened Today”, “completed action”, “generated micro-experiment”.)

Purchases (if you subscribe)

If you purchase a subscription, transactions are processed by Apple/Google. We may use a subscription provider (RevenueCat) to manage entitlements. We do not receive your full payment card details.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate the app features (plans, notifications, logs, Advisor, micro-experiments)
• Save your settings and progress across sessions
• Improve reliability and user experience (debugging and performance)
• Determine subscription entitlement (Free vs Premium), if applicable

How AI features work

Attun includes AI-backed features (Advisor and micro-experiments). Your inputs (and limited, relevant app-derived summaries such as adherence/ratings) may be sent to an AI provider via our backend to generate responses. We aim to minimize data shared and keep outputs bounded to wellness/habit support.

Where your data is stored

Attun stores your app data in Supabase (database and authentication). Access controls (Row Level Security) are used so users can only access their own data.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers needed to run the app (e.g., Supabase for backend; AI provider for generating responses; RevenueCat for subscription status, if enabled)
• Legal/compliance: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

Data retention

We keep your information as long as needed to provide the app or until you delete the app/account (where supported). We may retain minimal logs as necessary for security and debugging.

Your choices

• Notifications: you can turn reminders on/off in Settings and in your device settings.
• Access & deletion: you can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us (see “Contact”).

Children

Attun is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide notice.
