Terms of Service (Attun)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Attun mobile application (“Attun”, “the app”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1) Not medical advice

Attun provides general wellness and habit coaching information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use Attun for emergencies. If you have medical concerns, consult a licensed clinician.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Attun. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent/guardian.

3) Your account and data

Attun may create an authenticated session for you (including anonymous sign-in) to store your plans, logs, and settings. You are responsible for keeping access to your device secure.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harm, or harass others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the app or backend
• Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws
• Submit content to the Advisor intended to obtain diagnosis, medication instructions, or emergency guidance

5) AI features

Attun may provide AI-generated responses. Outputs can be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use the information. You should not rely on AI output for medical decisions.

6) Subscriptions (Premium)

Attun may offer optional paid subscriptions (“Premium”). Pricing, duration, and renewal terms will be shown in-app at purchase time.

If you purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play:

• Payment is processed by Apple/Google.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage/cancel in your App Store / Play settings.

If we use a subscription management provider (e.g., RevenueCat), it is used to determine your entitlement status across devices.

7) Intellectual property

The app and its content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use.

8) Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or if required for security/operational reasons.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice if required.
